Hi there! My name is Jasmine Hao and I am from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I am a pre-med student concentrating in Molecular Biology and pursuing a minor in Global Health and Health Policy. I research the effect of diet on breast cancer cell growth in the Nelson lab. I lived in First College (now being rebuilt and renovated to become Hobson College) during my first year, New College West during my sophomore year, and studied abroad at ETH Zürich in Switzerland during the fall of my junior year.
Aside from academics, I dance in Triple 8, Princeton’s premier East Asian dance company, I conduct learning consultations at the McGraw Center, and I am a volunteer EMT at the Princeton First Aid and Rescue Squad. I am also a member of Princeton Christian Fellowship. In my down time, I like to attend cycle classes and read. I love interacting with prospective students, so please don’t hesitate to send me an email if you have any questions or blog topics you would like to see! I am also a UWC Robert Bosch College alum and would be happy to hear from any UWC students. Happy browsing!
