Hi there! My name is Jasmine Hao and I am from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I am a pre-med student concentrating in Molecular Biology and pursuing a minor in Global Health and Health Policy. I research the effect of diet on breast cancer cell growth in the Nelson lab. I lived in First College my first year, New College West during my sophomore year, and studied abroad at ETH Zürich in Switzerland in the fall of my junior year.
Aside from academics, I am a volunteer EMT at the Princeton First Aid and Rescue Squad, a dancer in Triple 8, Princeton’s premier East Asian dance company, a member of Princeton Christian Fellowship, and a Learning Consultant at The McGraw Center. You can also find me cooking (or more likely eating) incredible vegetarian dishes at 2D Co-op. I love interacting with prospective students, so please don’t hesitate to send me an email if you have any questions or blog topics you would like to see. I am also a UWC Robert Bosch College alum and would be happy to hear from any UWC students. Happy browsing!
