Hi! My name is Drew Sloan, and I am a proud member of the Great '28! I am from a small town in South Carolina called Edgefield, and I am beyond excited to share my experiences with you all as a rural Southern Princetonian.

With passions for both the humanities and the sciences, I am looking to fulfill an interdisciplinary course of study, taking advantage of all the amazing opportunities Princeton has to offer. Currently, I am considering concentrating in Anthropology (under the MedAnth track) and minoring in Global Health and Health Policy and Spanish — these plans are still very much subject to change! I really enjoy exploring different disciplines, and the social-science and Spanish classes I have taken here have especially helped me become more aware of my interests — I actually try to translate a few of my blogs into Spanish, and I know I will only get better at doing so as I continue to learn and grow in the language.

Aside from academics, I am really involved in the Christian community on campus and simply love adventuring around and experiencing Princeton. So, you may often find me heading toward a Bible study with Christian Union Nova, going for a sweet-treat run to Milk and Cookies, or grabbing dinner at RoMa with friends.

I cannot wait to share all the love and appreciation I have for this school with you all! Please do not hesitate to reach out if you ever have any questions about life at Princeton, and go, Tigers!!
