Due to the recent announcement from President Eisgruber about remote learning for the fall 2020 semester, the deferral request period for members of the Class of 2024 has been extended to August 13. Please email the Office of Admission at firstname.lastname@example.org by noon EDT on August 13 to request a deferral. We’ll let you know as soon as possible whether you’ve been approved for a one-year deferral or two. If you receive a two-year deferral, you will be allowed to rescind your request and enroll for fall 2020 instead. Students seeking advice about postponing their studies should contact their residential college director of studies.
In lieu of our traditional on-campus tour and information session, we are offering virtual opportunities to "visit" campus -- right from your computer or smartphone. For students applying to Princeton's Class of 2025 (fall 2021 entry), please see our COVID-19 Update for changes to the 2020-21 application cycle. Per University policy, we are not welcoming prospective students, families, guests to campus until further notice and for fall 2020 and the every least. Please check back for updates.
Live Information Session with an Admission Officer and Current Student
We invite you to join us in one of our upcoming Virtual Information Sessions which we will conduct on Zoom Webinars throughout the spring and summer. The session includes: An overview of the University; our admission process; Princeton's generous financial aid program and the student experience, as shared by a current student who is member of the Orange Key Tours Service. Learn more about our campus through this virtual experience.
