A Message to Recent Natural Disaster Victims
The Princeton community is greatly saddened by the devastating impact of the recent natural disasters. We extend our deepest sympathy.
To support you in the application process during this difficult time, the Office of Admission will offer the following assistance:
- If you need an extension for the Nov. 1 Single-Choice Early Action deadline, please email our office at email@example.com with the request.
- If paying for the application presents a financial hardship for you or your family, please request a fee waiver. This is consistent with our general policy. Please request the “Princeton-specific fee waiver” on the application, and we will automatically grant the waiver without need for explanation or justification. This includes international students.
- Secondary school teachers and counselors will be granted extensions for submission of the school profile, letters of recommendation, official transcripts and other materials. Please upload materials by Nov. 10. If you need more time, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
- Princeton accepts the Nov. 4 SAT test date for Single-Choice Early Action. You do not need to send scores via rush delivery if sitting for the November test date. If we do not receive your scores in time for the evaluation of your application in the Early Action process, and we do not have any other scores on file, we will render your file incomplete and consider it in regular decision, once the scores have been updated.
If you have any questions, or if we can assist you in any other way, please contact us at email@example.com or 609-258-3060.
